We are currently searching for a DTS SAP Functional PP/MM Consultant:
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design workshops to capture requirements and define solution scope for Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM).
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications, covering MRP, capacity planning, BOM, routing, and procurement cycles.
- Configure SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules and validate setups through unit, integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support end-to-end scenarios for Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Plan-to-Produce, ensuring integration with SD, WM/EWM, QM, PM, and FI/CO.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) and manage interfaces via IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs.
- Lead data migration planning and execution, including mapping and cleansing using LSMW or specialized tools.
- Provide hypercare support and mentor junior consultants to ensure best practices and project governance.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and MM functional consulting.
- Proven experience in live implementations or rollouts, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing processes (discrete, repetitive, and process) and procurement cycles.
- Integration knowledge of PP/MM with WM/EWM, QM, and PM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems.
Desired:
- SAP Certifications in PP, MM, or S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP, APO, or MES integration.
- Familiarity with Colombian localization and cloud-hosted landscapes (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
