We are currently searching for a Basis Consultant - Basis Engineer SR:
Responsibilities:
- Lead landscape architecture, design, and deployment of global SAP environments, including lifecycle management (Kernel, SPS, and EHP).
- Drive next-gen migrations (HANA and S/4HANA conversions) using both Brownfield and Greenfield approaches.
- Architect HA/DR solutions to ensure mission-critical "Always-On" availability and failover resiliency.
- Implement infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Bash, or PowerShell for system refreshes and health checks.
- Manage security and compliance, including system hardening, CTS+ management, and proactive monitoring via Solution Manager.
- Serve as Tier 3 support, acting as the final escalation point for performance bottlenecks and conducting deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Mentor junior consultants through high-pressure phases such as Go-Live and Hypercare.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration (ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA).
- Deep HANA 2.0 expertise, including MDC management and advanced performance tuning.
- Cloud proficiency with hands-on experience managing SAP workloads on Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Mastery of migration tools: SWPM, SUM (DMO), and Migration Monitor.
- Advanced OS skills in Linux (SUSE/RHEL) and Windows Server.
Desired:
- SAP Certified Technology Associate (S/4HANA System Administration).
- Cloud provider certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with SAP Fiori configuration and SAP BTP integration.
