The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual to join our team as a Sales Recruiter. No prior recruiting experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What you must bring is grit, personality, a competitive spirit, and a desire to win.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the top of the funnel: Source resumes, and proactively reach out to candidates
  • Conduct quick, engaging phone screens (we’ll train you!)
  • Schedule interviews with local hiring teams
  • Keep Breezy and other applicant tracking tools organized and up to date
  • Hit weekly volume, activity, and hiring targets
  • Move fast, communicate clearly, and stay highly organized

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Excellent communication and phone presence
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Highly money motivated — you thrive with bonuses and goals
  • High personal accountability and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong digital literacy and access to a personal computer and cell phone

Preferred

  • Recent college graduate or someone interested in recruiting/sales
  • Competitive, energetic, and eager to grow
  • Strong resume sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter)
