Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience, preferably delivering mobile apps or digital products.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Strong Scrum Master experience with hands-on use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Experience managing mobile app projects with DevOps/CI-CD for mobile apps and cloud-native backend services.

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of iOS and Android mobile app projects, including feature development, UI/UX enhancements, performance optimization, SDK integrations, and third-party services, while guiding concurrent FinTech, digital wallet, and gaming workstreams using Agile/hybrid delivery.
  • Provide Technical Project Management by steering architectural decisions, mobile CI/CD pipelines, cloud-connected app services, backend integrations, and DevOps workflows (CI/CD, app store releases, build automation, crash/analytics tooling).
  • Ensure delivery excellence by maintaining on-time, on-budget, in-scope executions; create and maintain project charters, roadmaps, sprint plans, risk/issue logs, status updates, financial tracking, and resource/vendor coordination.
  • Lead stakeholder management and team leadership by communicating with executives, product owners, engineering leads, and partners; translate technical progress into business updates and proactively manage risks related to app store requirements, FinTech compliance, and regulatory considerations.

Senior Project Manager – Mobile Application Delivery (FinTech & Gaming) - (flex-PTE)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in leading complex digital initiatives—specifically within mobile application development for FinTech and Gaming products. In this role, you will manage multiple mobile app delivery projects, guiding cross‑functional teams in building secure, high‑performance, user‑centric mobile experiences. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of initiatives from concept to market launch, using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Program Leadership

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of mobile application projects (iOS and Android), including feature development, UI/UX enhancements, performance optimization, SDK integrations, and third‑party services.
  • Manage concurrent workstreams in FinTech, mobile payments, digital wallets, game mechanics, in‑app monetization, and player experience systems.
  • Use Agile and hybrid methodologies to coordinate sprints, manage timelines, and ensure quality releases across engineering, product, security, and design teams.

Technical Project Management

  • Guide teams through architectural decisions, mobile CI/CD pipelines, cloud‑connected app services, and backend integrations.
  • Support mobile DevOps workflows (CI/CD, app store release processes, build automation, crash/analytics tools).
  • Oversee dependencies for APIs, microservices, authentication, and real‑time event systems commonly used in FinTech and gaming experiences.

Delivery Excellence

  • Own on‑time, on‑budget, in‑scope delivery of mobile app initiatives, ensuring business value and customer experience metrics are achieved.
  • Apply formal project management processes, including creation and maintenance of:
    • Project charters
    • Roadmaps and sprint plans
    • Risk/issue logs
    • Status updates and financial tracking
    • Resource planning and vendor/partner coordination

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Maintain continuous communication with executives, product owners, engineering leads, and external partners.
  • Translate complex technical progress into clear, business‑friendly updates.
  • Proactively identify risks within mobile releases, app store requirements, and regulatory considerations—particularly for FinTech compliance.

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a delivery culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to the enhancement of project delivery best practices for mobile product development.
  • Drive retrospective insights into operational improvements for future releases.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technical project management role, preferably delivering mobile apps or digital product experiences.
  • Experience managing projects in one or more of the following:
    • DevOps / CI-CD for mobile apps
    • Cloud-native backend services
    • End-user productivity or collaboration apps
  • Scrum Master experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Experience in organizational change management, especially around new feature launches, app migrations, or shifts in product strategy.
  • Demonstrated mastery of project management tools, artifacts, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead complex delivery programs and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with mobile security, FinTech compliance, in-app analytics, or gaming monetization systems is a strong plus.
  • Training or upskilling in Azure DevOps, Jira, and ITSM is considered an asset.
  • PMP certification is required.
