RLL® is excited to announce that we’re hiring a Regional Sales Director to join our growing team!


Description: 

This is a 100% new business sales role, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. If you are a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results, we want to meet you. While experience in the multifamily or insurance industries is highly valued, it is not required. What matters most is your ability to sell consultatively, think strategically, and connect with people.

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; or proven sales experience
  • 3+ years of new business development and/or consultative sales experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance or multifamily sales a plus

Market Salary: $75,000 - $130,000, experience-based with a commission validation. Max 3-year validation period, after which compensation transitions to a straight commission structure.
