Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred in medical, pharmaceutical, or pharmaceutical marketing)
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Proficient in office software; working proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening)
  • Pass company senior representative certification and RDPAC certification; strong communication and coordination skills

Requirements:

  • Implement regional marketing strategies, develop personal performance plans, and achieve or exceed targets
  • Plan and conduct daily visits to target customers and promotional activities; maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively develop new customers, monitor market trends and competitors, and report to the regional manager
  • Complete reports accurately and on time; assist regional manager with onboarding and product knowledge training; ensure 100% compliance with regulations

主要职责
1.    有效执行公司及所在区域的市场推广策略，制定个人绩效计划，确保绩效目标的完成及超越完成。
2.    就目标客户日常拜访及宣传推广工作，合理安排客户拜访，与目标客户保持良好长期的合作关系。
3.    积极有效开发新客户，了解目标客户情况。
4.    及时、真实的完成各项工作报表。
5.    严格执行公司各项市场活动，了解竞争产品最新动态，准确传递产品信息。
6.    监控目标区域市场动向，及时向地区经理/主管汇报。
7.    收集患者使用产品后的不良反应信息，及时将相关信息汇报给公司相关部门。
8.    负责协助地区经理完成：
1)    新入职代表的上岗培训：熟悉客户、市场、公司报告系统及相关政策。
2)    协助地区经理在团队中进行产品知识的培训。
9.    100% 遵守合规所有的相关规定。
 

任职要求

大专以上学历，医、药专业或医、药市场营销专业为佳

5年以上医、药行业市场营销相关工作经验

熟练使用计算机办公软件

具备一定的英语听说读写能力

具有良好的语言表达能力及清晰的沟通协调能力

通过公司高代认证考试和RDPAC的认证考试
