Through our Health & Medical business and trusted brands like Actimove®, Cutimed®, Delta-Cast®, JOBST®, Leukoplast® and TENA®, we provide innovative, sustainable solutions for managing conditions such as lymphedema, chronic wounds, orthopedic injuries and incontinence, and advancing MedTech across hospitals, pharmacies, nursing homes and online channels. Join us in breaking barriers to well-being!

If you’re someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. As an Account Manager, TENA, you’ll be a key partner to our customers across the Residential Aged Care and Homecare sector—helping them deliver better outcomes every day.

At Essity, we’re committed to innovation, sustainability, and inclusion. But above all, we care - and we’re looking for someone who shares that same drive to support and uplift others.

About the Role:

As Account Manager, TENA, you will manage a portfolio of Aged Care and Homecare customers to achieve business goals, while putting people at the heart of everything you do. You’ll build trusted relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and act as a true partner to our customers, supporting them with both practical knowledge and compassion.

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing Sales Action Plans to drive growth, managing sales activities and the pipeline to achieve targets, retaining and growing key customer relationships, and identifying education and training needs while delivering support to ensure excellence in continence care.

The territory is Brisbane South with regional travel every 12 weeks to Mackay, north to Bowen.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement Sales Action Plans for a defined territory.

  • Execute sales activities to achieve financial objectives and sales targets.

  • Apply the Sales Process consistently for identifying, managing, and implementing opportunities.

  • Support business retention and growth through effective Account Management.

  • Responsibly manage the sales pipeline to meet financial objectives.

  • Involve all business stakeholders to support product supply chain.

  • Strategically plan activities and allocate resources to maximize business benefit.

  • Prioritize customer-facing events and call activity to drive sales momentum and impact.

Who you are:

You will bring at least 2–3 years of account management or business development experience, including call planning, and be a motivated, positive individual ready to take initiative. Ideally, you’ll have a background in the health or medical industry; however, we’re open to candidates from various industries, provided you bring empathy and a strong focus on customer outcomes. You will also have:

  • Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and develop customer insights

  • An understanding of the Residential Aged Care and Homecare markets (desired but not essential)

  • A proven track record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery

  • A current influenza vaccination certificate to enable access to healthcare customer facilities

  • Proficiency in IT, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using and optimizing a CRM system

  • The ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the business

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • The ability to manage customer and industry events or conferences

  • A current driver’s license and access to your own vehicle

  • Full working rights in Australia
