Internal & External Communication
You will develop and maintain internal communication frameworks and channels (newsletters, intranet, emails, Vlogs) and keep updating them and manage them regularly based on the communication strategy.
You will be working on employee engagement programs from the content perspective, from the strategic perspective and from the creative craft perspective (e.g. Townhalls, Recognition events, Internal conferences, Employee guilds, etc.)
You will manage all internal and external content creation (including creative work & production) - daily content for internal channels, content for stakeholder visits and strategic events, content for internal campaign & initiatives, social media content (e.g., Powerpoint presentations, videos, animations, coffee & connect sessions, campaign key-visuals for all channels, newsletter, other forms of news, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
You will oversee merch management (design, ordering, storage, distribution).
You will support and maintenance of all external touchpoints (e.g. career pages, Profesia career page, Google Maps, etc.)
Communication as a Service
You will manage (together with your Lead) strategy, content & craft development to deliver services aligned with stakeholder expectations (mainly regular services for WB COO domain).
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
Experience in communications, marketing, or employer branding, preferably in multinational environments.
Experience with craft communication tools (videos, graphic tools as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Canva, Freepik, etc., digital marketing tools, and data visualization)
Strategic thinking, creative thinking, strong communication skills.
To be able to adapt to a role of CMS administrator of internal & external communications channels (Sharepoint pages, Intranet, Career pages)
Education & Languages
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
Fluent in English (C1);
