U.S. FinTech built and operates the largest and most advanced mortgage securitization platform in the world, supporting the Uniform Mortgage-Backed Security (UMBS) of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

U.S. FinTech is seeking an experienced Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) who excels at turning strategic vision into consistent, reliable execution to deliver results for high-impact technical programs. In this role you will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs that drive critical business outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of technology, business, and execution – setting direction, navigating ambiguity, and orchestrating delivery of innovative solutions, while fostering a culture of transparency.
As a part of the ePMO Execution and Governance team, you will also help to shape and mature best practices and tools for project and product delivery.

Pay Range $181,250 to $208,500
U.S. FinTech's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
