Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in telesales/telephone sales and buildingrelationships

  • Experience or familiarity with the Foodservice (AFH) industry preferred, with willingness to train

HORECA Telephone Account Manager – Kimberly Clark

 

Location: Home based 

Contract type: 8-month fixed term with potential to be made permanent.

Salary: £30k per annum depending on experience plus performance related bonus

 

Are you passionate about building relationships and experienced at selling? Kimberly-Clark Professional, home to the iconic brands such as Andrex and Kleenex are seeking an outstanding Telephone Account Manager to join the launch of a brand-new sales team!

 

About the Role:

 

You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the HORECA channel. You will do this by:

  • Telephoning a diverse range of establishments, from hotels, restaurants to pubs
  • Using your telesales/telephone agent experience of building fantastic relationships and using your influencing skills to create warm leads for a Field Sales Team and booking appointments for the Field Sakes Team to visit the outlet and close the sale.
  • Great organization, time management, and a confident selling approach will be key to your success in this role, coupled with a growth mindset and resilience to develop from a new team into a high performing team.
  • Success will be measured through appointments booked and warm leads translating into sales.

You should be a self-starter, capable of working independently and be confident in cold calling, pitching, and closing.

This role is all about relationships so demonstrating an ability to build rapport fast with effective communication skills is key, as well as being able to problem solve and show agility when required.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience within the Foodservice (AFH) industry and a telephone sales role. You will also ideally have experience of working from home and working well with a wider team remotely.
