Product Manager

Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems where teams and metadata agents plan, change, and govern systems with speed and confidence.

What will you do at Sweep?

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in complexity and wants to build category-defining products. You’ll own meaningful parts of our product vision and roadmap, working at the intersection of AI, metadata, and enterprise workflows.

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Sweep platform

• Translate customer pain points into clear product opportunities

• Define product requirements grounded in technical depth and user empathy

• Partner closely with Engineering and Design from concept to launch

• Lead discovery processes that validate problems before building solutions

• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform vision

• Champion product excellence across usability, scalability, and impact

• Use data, feedback, and instinct to make high-quality decisions quickly

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS

• Experience building technical products (platform, infrastructure, DevOps, AI, or enterprise tools preferred)

• Ability to understand complex architectures and workflows

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast in a high-growth environment

• Proven ability to partner with engineers and designers to ship high-impact features

• Clear, structured communicator who can articulate vision and influence stakeholders

• Strong product intuition grounded in customer insight and market awareness
