Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in application development.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, customization, and integration.
Strong experience in C#, .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud), Dataverse, and JavaScript; proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure Cloud.

Requirements:

Work extensively within Microsoft Power Platform, designing low-code applications with Power Apps, automating processes with Power Automate, and integrating data sources.
Design, develop, and modify Dynamics CRM components, including related .NET and JavaScript components.
Perform code reviews and release preparation; deploy Dynamics 365 customizations to UAT and Production environments.
Develop and customize CRM solutions (entities, forms, workflows, business process flows, plugins, dashboards) and follow Agile processes; collaborate with QA, PM, and Sr. Developers; ensure timely delivery.

Job Description

We are looking for an extremely meticulous person with strong experience in C#, .Net, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud), Dataverse, and JavaScript. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure Cloud, and CRM Workflows is strongly preferred. Candidate must thrive in a collaborative environment while being equally effective working independently. Candidate must also have strong analytical, architectural, and conceptual skills.

Job Responsibilities

Work extensively within Microsoft Power Platform, including designing low-code applications using Power Apps, automating processes with Power Automate, and integrating data sources
Design, develop and modify Microsoft Dynamics CRM components, .NET and JavaScript components related to it
Perform Code Reviews and Release preparation activities
Deploy Dynamics 365 customizations and related component changes to various environments like UAT and Production
Develop and customize CRM solutions, including creating and modifying entities, forms, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and dashboards
Follow Agile processes, support and assist management of the project development team
Work in a team environment using a structured development process and deliver applications on time and within budget
Take ownership of technical issues and track towards prompt closure, including working hand in hand with Quality Assurance, Project Management and/or Sr. Developers
Regularly communicate project progress, issues, and risks in applicable team meetings directly with the Client and product owners

Job Requirements

Stability of employment
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Implementations across multiple versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
Excellent standing of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 modules Building & configuring CRM forms views dashboards & workflows including plugins scripting & form creation
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Application Development
Minimum of 3+ Years experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development, customization and integration
Ability to meet strict timelines
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
