  • Lead and grow a high-performance backend engineering squad of 6-8 engineers (including Senior Frontend/Backend Engineers) and own project success and team development.
  • Drive architectural decisions, maintain timely delivery, and ensure high-quality, scalable backend systems.
  • Champion AI-Driven Lifecycle (AIDLC) by integrating AI tools across the development lifecycle to accelerate delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative, open communication culture and coordinate with stakeholders across frontend, backend, and product teams.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Backend Team Leader (AI-Driven Lifecycle Specialist) 

Looking for a visionary Backend Team Leader to spearhead a newly formed high-performance engineering squad. In this role, you will manage a team of 6–8 members, including Senior Frontend and Backend Engineers. You are a "trusted person" responsible for both project success and the individual growth of your team.
Beyond traditional leadership, you will be the champion of AIDLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle), ensuring the team utilizes AI tools not just for unit testing, but across the entire development spectrum to radically accelerate delivery.
