Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Harness CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes, ECS, Serverless, and VM workloads.
  • Proven ability to implement Canary and Blue-Green deployment strategies in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform and packaging with Helm or Kustomize.
  • Experience embedding security, quality gates, automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and enabling platform reliability via observability tooling.

  • Implement deployment strategies including Canary and Blue-Green releases and develop reusable pipeline templates and delivery workflows.
  • Standardize infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Helm/Kustomize; embed security, quality gates, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate observability tooling to support platform reliability and onboard/enable engineering teams on platform capabilities.

About Project

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to own and evolve the Harness platform while enabling fast, safe, and reliable cloud-native deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

You will be:

  • design and maintain Harness CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes, ECS, Serverless, and VM workloads,

  • implement modern deployment strategies including Canary and Blue-Green releases,

  • build reusable pipeline templates and delivery workflows,

  • standardize infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Helm / Kustomize,

  • embed Security, quality gates, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines,

  • integrate Observability tooling and support platform reliability,

  • onboard and enable engineering teams on platform capabilities.
