Roles & Responsibilities

  • 10-15 years of experience in enterprise BPM/solution architecture with hands-on design/implementation of Cora SeQuence or similar BPM platforms (e.g., Appian, Bizagi, Pega, Camunda)
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; strong foundation in software development; proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior role in enterprise BPM projects; ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and provide technical leadership; strong communication and stakeholder management; consulting or customer-facing experience a plus
  • Certifications in Cora SeQuence or other BPM platforms; experience integrating with AI (generative AI, Document Intelligence), cloud AI services, RPA, process mining, ML; familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP; knowledge of Agile/Scrum

Job description


Role Overview: Fully remote position (EST working hours) in Financial Services - Commercial Banking industry. Full-time role seeking a Cora SeQuence Solution Architect with 10-15 years of experience. Base salary: $130,000-$155,000 USD. Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred). Visa candidates considered. Occasional travel possible.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and architecture of end-to-end business process automation solutions using Cora SeQuence.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, architectural blueprints, and design documents.
  • Develop scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable solutions aligned with IT standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend Cora SeQuence features, configurations, and extensions like HotChange® technology.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams from design through deployment and support.
  • Oversee implementation of workflows, forms, rules, and integrations.
  • Select complementary technology stacks and tools.
  • Conduct technical reviews, code inspections, and quality assurance.
  • Troubleshoot complex Cora SeQuence issues.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders, translating solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements documentation.
  • Manage architectural constraints like cost, resources, scope, and time-to-market.
  • Analyze processes for inefficiencies and recommend automation optimizations.
  • Stay updated on Cora SeQuence features and BPM trends.
  • Create documentation including diagrams, specifications, and deployment guides.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to teams and users.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Cora SeQuence (or similar BPM platforms like Appian, Bizagi, Pega, Camunda).
  • Deep knowledge of Cora SeQuence including workflow design, form design, data management, business rules engine, integrations (Web Services, WCF, APIs, ERP/CRM connectors like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and HotChange® technology.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS.
  • Strong database concepts and Microsoft SQL Server experience.
  • Understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and data challenges like governance, security, privacy, residency, and integration.
  • Solution Architect or similar senior role experience in enterprise business process solutions.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Business acumen to align technical strategies with objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Cora SeQuence or other BPM platforms.
  • Experience integrating Cora SeQuence with Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI), Document Intelligence (e.g., Azure AI Document Intelligence, Google Cloud Document AI, AWS Textract), Cloud AI services (NLP, computer vision, speech-to-text, predictive analytics), RPA, Process Mining, or ML.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Consulting or customer-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
