We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outsourcing Executive to manage and coordinate outsourced candidates and third-party vendor relationships. The role involves sourcing, screening, onboarding, and maintaining communication with outsourced staff to ensure smooth workforce operations and compliance.
Coordinate with recruitment vendors and staffing agencies for outsourced hiring needs
Screen and evaluate outsourced candidate profiles as per business requirements
Manage documentation, contracts, and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
Act as a liaison between internal teams and outsourced employees
Track attendance, performance, billing, and contract renewals
Maintain database of outsourced candidates and vendor details
Resolve operational issues related to outsourced workforce
Monitor SLAs and vendor performance metrics
Generate periodic reports on outsourcing activities
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or vendor management
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders
Good understanding of employment documentation and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Experience working with staffing agencies
Knowledge of labor laws and contract management
Familiarity with payroll coordination
