Requirements:
Lead QA efforts and mentor the QA team, defining test strategies and ensuring quality and reliability across projects
Develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress and TypeScript for frontend, backend, and data testing, including accessibility testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, operations) and manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA and Git workflows
Drive continuous improvement by establishing quality metrics and ensuring adherence to performance, security, and accessibility standards
