Job Title: Customer Insights Lead
Location: Hyderabad, India

As a key member of the Insights team, you will bring a fresh perspective to understanding consumer behavior and apply these insights to business and marketing challenges. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating new product ideas, testing their relevance, and building differentiated propositions based on consumer, product, and usage insights. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn and contribute to the growth strategy of Mars Petcare India, collaborating with both local and global teams to shape the future product pipeline.

What Are We Looking For?

Essential Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing

  • 8–10 years of experience in Market Research, with strong quantitative research expertise and basic exposure to qualitative research

  • Proficiency in product testing methods and related analysis

  • Experience in both agency (e.g., Kantar, IPSOS, BASES) and client-side roles (FMCG, Automotive, or Telecom sectors)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working on NPDs/prototype iterations in CTI/CMI/Innovation roles on the client side
