Sr Front End Developer

At Pacific Programming and Tech Inc., we create modern, high-quality web applications focused on performance, scalability, and great user experience. We’re currently looking for a Senior Front-End Developer who is passionate about clean code, attention to detail, and building polished interfaces that align with our existing design system.

Role Overview

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will work with our product and design teams to implement user interfaces using React.js, following our design system and UI standards.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and performance across all our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive interfaces using React.js and TypeScript
• Implement new features and components based on our existing design system
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into clean, reusable React components
• Ensure design consistency by following established UI patterns and tokens
• Work with shadcn/ui and other component libraries to deliver production-ready interfaces
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for front-end development
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate APIs effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern front-end development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience working with design systems and implementing Figma designs
• Hands-on experience with shadcn/ui
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
• Experience consuming RESTful
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
• Knowledge of Storybook or UI documentation tools
• Experience writing unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS 4
