· Monitor shared inboxes and manage queries professionally and efficiently.

· Work closely with Sales and Partner Support to resolve booking or payment issues.

· Provide booking and payment updates to support regional forecasting and planning.

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

· Confidence working with databases and finance systems.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.

· A proactive approach and confidence following up firmly but professionally on outstanding payments.

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a collaborative central team working across multiple countries and markets. The role offers exposure to admissions, finance processes, and agent relationship management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational detail and international communication.
