Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years proven track record in HPC and Higher Education & Research markets.
  • Significant knowledge and experience in HPC sales within the role’s geography (France) and in Higher Education & Research markets, with ability to identify growth opportunities for NVIDIA.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing and executives.

Requirements:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key Supercomputing customers in Higher Education and Research, including universities and research institutes.
  • Lead NVIDIA activities in Higher Education and Research markets, segmenting and prioritizing opportunities to maximize adoption and impact.
  • Own strategic accounts to develop the market via proof-of-concepts, roadmap reviews, and technology solution builds.
  • Collaborate with marketing to showcase customer success stories, participate in launches and events, and provide training opportunities for accounts.

We are looking for a Supercomputing and Higher Education Account Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building a positive relationship with key Supercomputing customers. Leading NVIDIA activities with all Universities and Research Institutes in Higher Education and Research.

  • Understand the mechanisms and interworking peculiarities of the national/ HPC and tertiary education and scientific research markets.

  • Segment and size markets while prioritizing them for adoption rate and impact.

  • Own strategic accounts to develop the market: proof of concepts, roadmap reviews, technology solution build.

  • Continuously look for opportunities to showcase customer success by working with marketing to package up success stories, participate in launches and events.

  • Resolve if the customer has a valid business need for NVIDIA Products and Professional Services and recommend marketing strategies.

  • Build and strengthen your business relationship with existing accounts; follow-up to ensure all of their post-sales needs are being met.

  • Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years proven track record within the HPC and HER markets

  • Significant knowledge and experience specific to the HPC sales within the geography associated with the role. Additional knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning would be a significant advantage

  • An understanding of how the market in Higher Education and Research is developing in France and where NVIDIA should invest effort to generate growth.

  • Real passion for ecosystem development.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a crucial requirement. You work comfortably across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executives), as well as external partners, customers, and content developers.

  • Consistent sales and/or Business Development performance in similar Enterprise roles.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, complemented by strong presentation expertise, outstanding customer service skills, and effective business and negotiation capabilities.

  • A strong understanding of the sales process and OEM & Channel Sales.

  • High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

  • A detailed understanding of IT Infrastructure and Computing Architecture

  • A detailed understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing strategies, etc.

  • The ability to open doors quickly and assess the customer's desire for building a strategic relationship with NVIDIA.

  • Ability to travel within assigned region, working closely with Managers, Sales Representatives, and channel partners. Occasional travel outside of region required.
