A ServiceNow ITSM Consultant (Engineer / Analyst / Process Specialist) with over 5 years of proven experience in the platform, mastering technical configuration, business process gathering, and strategic consulting. The ideal candidate combines a solid command of workflows and integrations with the ability to translate complex client needs into functional solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or related fields, preferably with current ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) and ITIL.
Experience: Proven track record in the ServiceNow ITSM ecosystem, performing engineering, process analysis, or technical consulting roles with success in large-scale deployments.

Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow ITSM Engineer: Platform configuration, workflow development, automation, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

  • ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst: Requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional solution design.

  • ServiceNow ITSM Business Process Consultant: Specialized ITIL consulting, process redesign, and strategic adoption.

  • Management of Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests, and Service Levels (SLA) within the tool
