About the Company

We are exclusively supporting the founder of a globally recognised, eight-figure personal growth brand that focused on helping people live more intentional lives through simple, structured daily rituals in hiring a Social Media Manager. This is not a reactive content role. It’s a build-and-scale opportunity.

The company has sold over 4 million products globally and created one of the most recognised journals in its category. Profitable and growing, the business is now entering a more structured phase of expansion, with social positioned as a serious commercial growth lever — not just a brand channel.

The remit is to architect and scale the organic social and community ecosystem so it meaningfully contributes to brand equity, owned reach, traffic and revenue.

Key areas of focus:

  • Defining clear platform strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn

  • Building repeatable content systems rather than one-off campaigns

  • Establishing a strong short-form video cadence

  • Leveraging AI to improve workflow, output and insight

  • Aligning content with launches and commercial priorities

  • Treating community as a strategic asset

The ideal candidate will bring 3–6+ years’ experience in social within a lifestyle, wellness or mission-led brand, with proven organic growth. Commercial awareness is essential — this role requires someone who understands performance, contribution and revenue impact, not just engagement metrics.
