Our client is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, licensed to practice in Ontario and willing to get their Alberta License, who wants more than files and billable hours. This is a rare opportunity to help design the future of real estate legal services, shape scalable processes, and play a hands-on role in onboarding and supporting a growing network of lawyers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling real estate transactions with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency

• Helping design, refine, and improve legal workflows and processes

• Supporting the onboarding and integration of a network of real estate lawyers

• Collaborating closely with law clerks, operations, and product teams

• Acting as a legal and practical sounding board as the platform grows

• Bringing an ownership mindset to everything you touch

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

• 3+ years of hands-on real estate law experience

• Comfort working in a non-traditional, fast-moving environment

• An entrepreneurial, disrupter mindset—you see inefficiencies and want to fix them

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

• Someone energized by building, not just maintaining
