You Will
Develop and deliver new features for our Salesforce applications, including Apex, LWC, and integrations
Maintain existing Salesforce functionality, including Apex, legacy Aura components, and flows
Configure and customize Salesforce environments to meet the needs of the development, QA, and implementation teams
Diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments
Assist in the design and delivery of complex product implementation requests
Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews
Follow Salesforce best practices for development and security, as well as company standards for code quality
You Have
At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical role
Familiarity with standard Salesforce design and architectural patterns
Experience with all Salesforce configuration, including flows, custom metadata, profiles and permission sets, and sharing models
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and optimization for high volume environments
Experience writing LWC components and javascript (ES6+)
Experience writing Apex unit tests, batch/queueable Apex, and APIs
An understanding of integration basics, such as security considerations, authentication processes (OAuth, Auth0), and API design
Solid understanding of SOQL and Salesforce’s database model
Experience with an IDE that supports Salesforce development and version control tools (Git/Github)
Experience working with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Experience working within an Agile development cycle
Experience working in a collaborative environment and learning from others
Demonstrated commitment to learning within the Salesforce space
