Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Data Analyst to join our team. As a Claims Data Analyst, extensive experience is required in Claims data analysis and leading BI tools, preferred Power BI or Databricks. Knowledge of VA Claims and VFMP claims is required. 
 
This role will ensure data analysis for claims and related areas. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards. If you are a senior-level BI professional who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and mission-driven federal healthcare, this role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise reporting, influence executive decision-making, and improve services delivered to our nation’s veterans. 
 
Experience with Acentra (formerly CNSI) Electronic Claims Adjudication Management System (eCAMS) Electronic Healthcare Claims Edition/Engine (HCE) along with any other key legacy platforms/solutions related to VFMP or Non-CCN will help in performing duties. 
 
This position may require occasional travel in support of client needs and expectations. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and understand the underlying model. 
  • Develop reports and dashboards for claims and others health areas. 
  • Document all the steps involved in identification, extraction and transformation of data 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing actionable recommendations to enhance program performance. 
  • Lead multi-stakeholder workshops and presentations, clearly articulating integration priorities and constraints to both executive and technical audiences. 
  • Support interpretation of analytics and performance metrics across integrated systems.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Veteran Affairs Claims system/processing experience 
  • Minimum 8 years total experience. 
  • Expertise in leading industry business intelligence tools. 
  • Agility and ability to change course based on shifting plans, priorities, and timelines. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on learning, opportunities for impact, and collaboration with colleagues. 
  • Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • The ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance. 

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration is a plus.
