Senior Project Manager – Celonis Process Mining

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager – Celonis Process Mining to lead enterprise-scale process mining initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), align process intelligence with SAP S/4HANA transformation, and enable data-driven optimization across business functions. This role requires strong expertise in Celonis EMS, stakeholder management, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and migration to Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM)

• Align Celonis EMS platform initiatives with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

• Design and build digital twins using the Celonis Object-Centric Data Model

• Define and manage program roadmap, delivery timelines, and governance frameworks

• Ensure data consistency and integrity during dual-run (ECC and S/4HANA) phases

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and drive optimization

• Manage stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and dashboards

• Drive Agile/Scrum-based delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS platform

• Strong expertise in Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) and data modeling

• Good understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA structures and transformation journeys

• Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL/PQL (Process Query Language)

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Certifications

• Celonis Certified Professional

• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
