Manager – Strategy & Operations - ESG

• Leading ESG advisory engagements from proposal development and scoping to delivery, ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.
• Advising clients on decarbonization, climate risk, circularity, human rights, supply chain sustainability and addressing ESG regulatory developments. 
• Identifying opportunities for cross and upselling within existing client accounts combined with a commercial mindset identifying green field opportunities.
• Working in an agile environment where ESG insights, standards, and client challenges evolve rapidly.
• Applying ESG-related technologies and tools (e.g., carbon accounting software, ESG data platforms, analytics dashboards) to support client delivery.

As a Manager you help our clients in identifying and implementing their ESG strategies to protect and create long-term, sustainable value. This e.g. means building the business case for transformation, based on topic-related knowledge, and leveraging solid understanding of business context and operations, combined with quantitative analyses applying tech solutions and AI tools.

You lead multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate closely with colleagues from diverse international backgrounds to deliver high impact solutions for our clients. 

You will contribute to a wide range of engagements - from climate strategy and circular business model development to human rights due diligence. You ensure project excellence, coach team members, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

You will join our ESG Advisory group within Strategy & Operations - a growing, diverse team of professionals with international backgrounds. • You combine strong consulting skills with a passion for sustainability and business transformation. 
• A completed Masters Degree. 
• 7+ years of consulting experience which resulted in strong communication- and advisory skills enabling you to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple ESG topics, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks and emerging standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (in Dutch and English), with the ability to translate complex ESG topics into practical advice.
• Proven project management skills and familiarity with digital ESG solutions or sustainability analytics tools. 
• Agility and adaptability within dynamic client environments and a collaborative mindset and motivation to contribute to people development and inclusive team culture.

• Gross salary between €5.085 and €6.230 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a  fixed working from home allowance per working day.
