Roles & Responsibilities

  • About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising
  • Fluent English (C1 level); knowledge of Polish and/or Spanish advantageous
  • Medium knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, web browser consoles) and Google Tag Manager; experience with Google Analytics 4 is a plus

  • Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform

Location: Poland - remote

You Will:

  • Conduct the technical operations for our top clients in the Spanish market;
  • Technical support for new and existing clients and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaigns;
  • Management of all technical issues with regard to campaign launching and running process;
  • Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform;
  • Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service;
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • Propose optimization solutions for online programs;
  • Cooperate with our technical support team from Headquarter.

Desired Experience

  • About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising;
  • Fluent English (C1 level), knowledge of Polish and/or Spanish advantageous;
  • Medium knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager; 
  • Experience in using Google Analytics 4, MMP knowledge will be an advantage;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn.
