Requirements:

  • Work hands-on in Braze, supporting campaign builds, journeys, triggers, segmentation, QA, and optimization across markets
  • Execute lifecycle campaigns across channels (email, in-app content/cards, push) covering onboarding, activation, upsell, and retention
  • Monitor and analyse lifecycle performance, tracking key metrics and supporting reporting on engagement, conversion, and retention; contribute to A/B testing and optimization
  • Collaborate with Product and IT to establish CRM foundations (event tracking, taxonomy, data quality) and connect CRM with website experiences (Webflow, agency partners) to align journeys, landing pages, and conversion paths

Job description

Your mission
As Junior Customer Lifecycle & CRM Manager at IONITY, you will help build and run our lifecycle marketing engine build for EV drivers across Europe. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and IT, you will support the creation of customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. 
This role is part of our investment in scaling lifecycle marketing as a core growth lever at IONITY. You will work hands-on in our CRM ecosystem built around Braze, helping execute, optimise, and expand lifecycle campaigns while learning how to think strategically about segmentation, automation, and performance. 
You are a doer with a strong interest in customer behaviour and lifecycle marketing. You enjoy working directly in tools, learning by doing, and improving campaigns through testing and iteration. You will also make sure our engine room is structured well, help with reportings and oversee day-to-day tasks engaging with customers at scale. 
You will join our Marketing & Communications team and report to the Team Lead Marketing Activation, working closely with senior stakeholders across CRM, Design, Sales, Partners, and Product.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Work hands-on in Braze, supporting campaign builds, journeys, triggers, segmentation, QA, and optimisation across markets.
  • Execute lifecycle campaigns across channels, including email, in-app content cards/messaging, and push, covering onboarding, activation, upsell, and retention use cases.
  • Support the development of customer segmentation, helping build behavioural cohorts, lifecycle stages, and targeting logic.
  • Monitor and analyse lifecycle performance, tracking key metrics and supporting reporting on engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Assist with experimentation and optimisation, contributing to A/B tests, message iterations, timing optimisation, and learnings.
  • Collaborate with Product and IT, supporting CRM foundations such as event tracking, taxonomy, and data quality.
  • Help connect CRM and website experiences, working with Webflow and agency partners to align journeys, landing pages, and conversion paths.
Your profile
Mandatory skills & experience 
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related digital role.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation tool, ideally Braze or a similar platform.
  • Strong interest in customer behaviour and lifecycle marketing, with a desire to understand what drives engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with performance metrics such as open rates, click rates, conversion, and basic cohort insights.
  • Hands-on execution strength, with attention to detail when building, testing, and QA’ing campaigns.
  • Collaborative working style, comfortable working with Product, IT, Design, and Content teams.
  • Basic HTML knowledgeor willingness to learn, including working with templates and structured content.
Bonus points (nice-to-have) 
  • Familiarity withBraze, customer journeys, or lifecycle canvases.
  • Exposure toWebflow CMSor understanding how CRM campaigns connect to landing pages and website journeys.
  • Interest inexperimentation and testing, including A/B testing or performance optimisation.
  • Basic understanding ofevent tracking and data structures.
  • Experience working in amulti-market environmentor with localisation.
  • Curiosity aboutnew lifecycle channelsand how customer communication evolves over time.
