Linehaul Driver

We are seeking an experienced Interstate MC Driver to join our team at Wingfield, SA. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and regular interstate work.

Pay Rates
* $37.67 Base Rate
* $0.6429 per km
* $56.28 Overnight Allowance

The Role

• Drive MC vehicles on long-distance interstate routes (B-triples and Road Trains)

• Load, unload, and secure freight safely using dogs/chains

• Change tyres on route when required

• Complete trip paperwork and ensure compliance with fatigue management

• Work safely in all conditions and follow OH&S requirements

• Be away from home every weekend, with rest days during the week

What You'll Bring

• Current MC Licence with Road Ranger experience (no automatic Prime Movers)

• BFM Certificate (required)

• Proven long-distance driving experience

• Proficiency in load restraint and safety procedures

• Experience towing B-triples and Road Trains

• Scissor lift licence preferred but not essential (training available if needed)

Ideal Candidate

• Confident and independent on the road

• Safety-focused and reliable

• Able to manage long trips and strict schedules

• Willing to follow structured roster and work across multiple interstate routes

The roster runs on a repeating 3-week cycle:

Week 1 - Perth
Leave Friday → unload/reload Sunday in Perth → return Wednesday morning → 1 day off.

Week 2 - Mackay
Leave Friday → unload/reload Sunday in Mackay → return Wednesday morning → 2 days off.

Week 3 - Mt Thorley
Leave Saturday → unload/reload Sunday in Mt Thorley → return Tuesday morning → 2 days off.
