What You'll Do

• Handle inbound enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Support Australians navigating financial and government services.
• Deliver exceptional service and accuracy in every interaction.

Key Details

• Multiple start dates throughout March 2026
• Apply Now as security clearance can take several weeks
• Salary: $26.70 + Super + Incentives
• Monday – Friday between 7:00am – 5:00pm AWST (Rotating Roster)
• Comprehensive online paid training with ongoing support.
• Work from Home, with initial equipment collection.

 

What You'll Need

• To be located within 50km of Northbridge, Perth for equipment pickup and onsite IT support
• Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance).
• Reliable home internet (minimum 50Mbps download / 20Mbps upload).
• A private and professional home workspace.
• Passion for helping people and clear communication skills.
• Prior customer service or contact centre experience (advantageous).

The ability to pass police check and other financial pre-employment checks including government clearance.
