Intermediate NetSuite Business Analyst
Location: Remote (USA – EST time zone)
Contract Duration: 12 months (high probability of renewal)
Level: Intermediate (5+ years experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate NetSuite Business Analyst to support business operations by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into effective NetSuite solutions. This role works closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure NetSuite is optimized to support operational and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate has strong NetSuite functional knowledge, solid business analysis experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for NetSuite enhancements and implementations
- Analyze current business processes and recommend system and process improvements
- Support NetSuite configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with technical teams
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of NetSuite functionality
- Maintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, and solution designs
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to NetSuite
- Solid understanding of NetSuite modules and business processes
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments is advantageous
Qualifications
- NetSuite certification or formal NetSuite training highly advantageous
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
