What Youll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide top-level support and problem-solving

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in German (C1 minimum)

• Good command of English (B2 minimum)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

• Comfortable working in rotative 24/7 shifts, including weekends

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotational shifts

• 2 rotative days off per week

Compensation & Benefits

• 1,030 gross/month (x14 months/year)

• 80 monthly performance bonus (x11 months/year)

• Meal allowance included

• Remote work from anywhere in mainland Portugal

• Relocation support provided for candidates relocating from abroad (flights & accommodation)
