Job description


Location: Lexington, MA 02421 – Remote
Duration: 06+ Months

Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM

-Role is remote, no travel required
-Support hours for Eastern time zone

Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Execute administration and maintenance activities in LabWare LIMS (V6 and V8) in support of the Massachusetts Biologics Operations (MBO) site
  • Maintain master data and workflows and assist with interfacing with instruments and other systems
  • Provide support to the end users at MBO
  • Support and resolve master data issues and perform routine administrative activities
  • Manage changes and requests in the IT ticketing / change system (e.g. Service Now)

Experience:
  • 3+ years in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive configuration / development experience with Labware LIMS
