The Donor Advisor, Major Gifts plays a pivotal role in advancing the Alzheimer’s Association’s mission by building and deepening relationships with high‑impact donors committed to creating a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. This fundraising professional will join a strategic and highly successful major gifts team raising over $60 million annually.
The Donor Advisor, Major Gifts manages a strategic portfolio of major giving prospects, developing personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies that align donor passions with the Association’s mission priorities. The Donor Advisor collaborates closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive philanthropic revenue, expand the major-gift pipeline, and strengthen long-term donor engagement. The primary portfolio for this role will be based in the Upper Northeast, with additional regions assigned as needed.

Position Title: Donor Advisor
Position Location: Remote Location Boston, MA. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, dependent on assigned markets
Ability to travel 50%+ of the time, dependent on assigned markets
Full time: based on 37.5 hours per week minimum
Position Grade: 510; estimated salary range: $103,000-$130,000
