What are we looking for?

A ServiceNow Business Process Consultant passionate about excellence, with 3+ years of experience on the platform and solid knowledge in business process design, configurations, and implementations. The ideal profile combines an analytical mindset to translate complex needs into functional solutions with the ability to act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and development teams within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements following ServiceNow best practices.

  • Lead workshops and client meetings to drive process improvement and consensus on the platform roadmap.

  • Coordinate with development teams to create accurate user stories that ensure the fulfillment of objectives.

  • Execute activities within the Agile framework, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop the necessary training documentation for end-users.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships between our clients' technical and business teams.

  • Provide strategic feedback for the continuous improvement of delivery outcomes through our Center of Excellence.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields) or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience working directly with the ServiceNow platform, including process design, configuration, and active participation in implementation cycles.

Technical Skills

  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (Required).

  • Agile Methodologies (Agile SAFe or similar certifications preferred).

  • ITIL Framework (ITIL Foundations certification preferred).

  • Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • ServiceNow platform configuration and process design.

  • Management of user stories and technical workflows.
