We are hiring a Marketing Programs Specialist who owns the execution and performance optimization of email marketing, paid media, webinars, and event campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts. You will drive engagement, improve funnel conversion, and support customer expansion through structured, data-informed programs.

In this role, you will plan, launch, and optimize programming across these channels while building repeatable processes and improving performance across the funnel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution with Performance Accountability
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and events for defined prospect and customer segments.
  • Manage concurrent campaign launches, ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated execution across touchpoints.
  • Partner with channel and program managers to develop campaign assets, including social and display ads, emails, landing pages, and microsites.
  • Pipeline Contribution & Funnel Optimization
  • Track campaign influence on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, and expansion.
  • Analyze engagement and conversion trends to identify performance gaps.
  • Recommend optimizations based on data.
  • Account-Based & Segmented Targeting
  • Partner with Demand Operations to define target cohorts.
  • Operationalize segmented outreach based on persona, use case, and account intelligence.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and monitor progression through pipeline stages.
  • Messaging & Testing
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and other cross-functional partners to test and refine persona-based messaging.
  • Run structured A/B tests across subject lines, content angles, and CTAs, and apply insights to improve future programs.
  • Content Operations
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of content management system collections to ensure effective organization and optimal use of the marketing asset library in support of campaigns.
  • AI & Emerging Technology Fluency
  • We are integrating AI and emerging technologies into our marketing engine, and you should be comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve speed, personalization, and insight generation while applying sound marketing judgment. You do not need deep expertise in every platform, but you should be curious, test responsibly, and translate new capabilities into measurable performance improvements.

  • What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years in B2B demand generation or marketing programs (enterprise experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaign performance.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging by persona.
  • Experience using a marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot), Salesforce CRM, virtual event platforms such as ON24, project management tools such as Asana, and content management tools such as Paperflight and Cleverstory.
  • Experience executing segmented or account-based campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools in campaign development workflows.

  • Why This Role Matters:
  • This role plays a key part in executing and improving the programs that support our demand generation and expansion goals. You will help create consistent, repeatable programs that increase engagement and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • If you enjoy taking ownership of programs from planning through execution, measuring results, and refining what works, this role provides clear accountability and the opportunity to influence how we scale our marketing efforts.
