Job Summary
The Renewal Manager owns the operational execution, governance, and accuracy of the renewal motion across Omnigo’s customer base. This role ensures renewals move through Salesforce cleanly, forecasts are reliable, approvals are handled efficiently, and contractual artifacts (quotes, POs, paperwork, signature workflows) are completed accurately and on time.
This is not a relationship or account ownership role. Customer Success Managers retain responsibility for customer engagement, value realization, and securing the customer’s intent to renew. The Renewal Manager ensures the commercial and operational side of the renewal happens correctly and predictably at scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Renewal Operations & Execution
- Own renewal opportunity hygiene and movement in Salesforce from pre-renewal through Closed Won: Ensuring stage gates are met, notes, dates, and details are current and accurate
- Serve as the primary owner of renewal opportunity approval motions
- Act as a point of coordination for:
- Purchase Orders for Auto/Multi-year Renewals
- Contract / Signature follow-ups
- Legal/Compliance tracking toward on-time renewal execution
- Reduce friction caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation
Forecasting & Risk Management
- Maintain renewal forecast accuracy in Salesforce
- Ensure renewal stages, close dates, and risk indicators are current and meaningful
- Partner with CS leadership to:
- Identify delayed renewals early
- Surface systemic risks (procurement delays, contracting blockers)
- Support exec-level renewal reporting with accurate data
Process & Scale Enablement
- Document and standardize renewal workflows
- Identify opportunities to automate steps further and improve cycle time
- Act as a feedback loop to Sales Ops, RevOps, and CS leadership on renewal bottlenecks
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in: SaaS renewals, Revenue operations, Deal desk, Contract administration, or similar titles with representative experience.
- Deep Salesforce experience:
- Opportunity management
- Quote Approval motions
- Reporting hygiene
- Strong understanding of:
- SaaS contract structures
- Multi-year agreements
- Public sector procurement nuances
- Ability to manage high-volume, mixed portfolios with precision
Strongly Preferred
- Experience supporting Customer Success-led renewals
- Familiarity with eSignature tools (Preference: PandaDoc)
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, and RevOps Teams
- Public sector, GovTech, or other regulated-industry SaaS experience
