Are you the "plugged-in" parent who always knows where the newest splash pad is? Do you have a knack for capturing the magic of a local fair and the business savvy to help that fair reach more families?

Mommy Poppins is looking for a Local Creator & Business Development Ambassador. This is a unique, hybrid role for a creative storyteller who is also a natural "hunter" for new partnerships. You won’t just be posting Reels—you’ll be the face of Mommy Poppins in your city, building a thriving local network and earning direct commissions by connecting local businesses to our platform.

The Gig: Content + Connection + Commerce

You’ll combine on-the-ground storytelling with active community outreach to grow our presence and your paycheck.

• Create & Capture: Produce 2 original Reels per week plus supporting social content that reflects firsthand experience and "new and notable" family trends.
  

• Drive Revenue & Partnerships: Actively scout and pitch local businesses (venues, attractions, shops). You’ll identify leads, build relationships, and participate in our Local Partnership Program to secure collaborations.
  

• Be the Local Authority: Monitor your city for openings, events, and trends. You are the eyes and ears of Mommy Poppins.
  

• Engage & Activate: Grow a loyal local audience by responding to comments and fostering a sense of community among parents.
  

• Strategic Growth: Share local leads with the broader team and pitch content ideas based on real-time community insights.

The Perks & Pay

This is a flexible, remote role designed for a proactive parent who wants their compensation to reflect their impact.

• Content Pay: $50 per Reel produced.
  

• Sales Commission: on all partnership deals you secure.
  

• Growth: This is a "ground floor" opportunity; successful ambassadors can unlock additional leadership roles and higher earning tiers.
  

• Visibility: Build a visible local brand while gaining professional experience in digital media and business development.

Requirements

• Live in the Boston area.
  
• This is a work-from-home, freelance 1099 contractor opportunity.
  
• Compensation is a flat fee of $50 per reel + Sales Commissions (negotiable after 6 months).
