SitusAMC is on a Digital Transformation journey to implement and automate the infrastructure, platform creation by developing and executing Infrastructure as Code capabilities. This role will Provide thought leadership on Cloud Transformation, technology trends, challenges, and strategy The role at a high level sets the vision, develop strategy and set direction for the Cloud.
Essential Job Functions:
- Define the Cloud strategy, to drive strategic value and impact to the business
- Establish product roadmap for Cloud, based on business and technology needs, to solve critical customer needs
- Enterprise stakeholder management and communication
- Engage and influence senior and executive leadership across the organization to drive adoption of the Platform engineering products
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with and influence technology stakeholders, HR and senior leadership
- Evangelize and advocate business value and economic benefits of products developed by Cloud
- Communicate Platform engineering vision and milestones. Keep the stakeholders updated and informed
- Establish mechanism for customers to provide feedback on Cloud services (i.e., surveys, focus groups, forums)
- Gain credibility and build relationships with all levels in an organization, from technical experts to senior
- executives
- Identify new opportunities where Platform Engineering can drive and support the strategic business objectives of
- Application owners. Engage and influence the Application owners to onboard new applications to Cloud COE
- Consistently deliver value to the customer
- Drive the highest standards of delivery to ensure customer delight through quality of product and speed of
- delivery
- Define and influence the governance strategy, roadmap, and process. This includes architectural
- guidelines and security standards. Ensures implementation based on best practices and defined standards
- Responsible for defining and measuring success.
- Build a cross-function team that “designs & runs” applications in highly agile/scrum approach
- Enable a robust Training & Development strategy to address individual needs and Cloud COE expectations
- Manage performance and provide career growth opportunities
- Create a highly collaborative team culture to enable agile way of working
- Build and develop a high performing team
- Motivate, coach and mentor the Cloud Platform Engineering team.
- Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science ;MBA or equivalent relevant business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- Experience of having worked in an Agile/Scrum environment, and/or knowledge of operating in an Agile/scrum approach
- Experience leading large and complex projects
- Experience in planning and sequencing projects based on business priority
- Experience of driving finance strategy to deliver economic value for a customer
- Prior experience of tracking and monitoring
- Understanding of Cloud computing technologies and workload transition challenges
- Knowledge of technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization
- Enterprise architecture successes including virtualization technologies & distributed architecture
- Familiarity with archive, disaster recovery and business continuity in global operation
- Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
- Prior experience of integrating change management activities into business plan
- Experience of leading the plan, design and execution of training initiatives
- Experience of building and developing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$180,000.00 - $215,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
