What You’ll Do

Lead Technical Engagements
Deliver compelling technical demos and architecture discussions showcasing the value of Databricks-based solutions.

Drive Proof-of-Concepts to Success
Design and execute POCs on Databricks, demonstrating clear technical and business value.

Architect Modern Data Solutions
Guide customers in building scalable pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and lakehouse best practices.

Own Customer Onboarding and Adoption
Partner closely with customers to ensure smooth implementation, strong adoption, and fast time-to-value.

Act as a Trusted Technical Advisor
Support customers in optimizing their data platform, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving deeper usage.

Influence Product and Strategy
Translate customer feedback and ecosystem trends into product improvements and technical direction.

Who You Are

Databricks and Data Platform Expert
6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Data Engineer, Consultant, or Professional Services Engineer within the data ecosystem.

Strong Databricks Expertise
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and modern lakehouse architecture.

Modern Data Stack Experience
Strong working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
Experience with dbt is a strong plus.

Customer-First Communicator
Able to translate complex architectures into clear, impactful narratives for technical and business audiences.

Builder Mindset
Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.

Bonus: Startup or High-Growth Experience
Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies is highly valued.
