Job Summary

Under supervision, implement the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to help ensure client staff acceptance and follow-through with procedures.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
  • Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
  • Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
  • Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
  • Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification / Licensure

Position requires a current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record (ex. minimal, minor or zero infractions on Motor Vehicle Report) and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within driving distance.

Position requires credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.

Relevant Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.

Additional

Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order based on time, importance or other criteria. Position requires regular lifting at least 30 lbs.

Position requires work on extended and /or "odd" or "on call" hours as business needs dictate. Position requires travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$21.75 - $31.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
