Our client is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead high-performance PPC initiatives across multiple agency accounts. They operate within the digital marketing industry and have built a strong reputation in recent years for strategic growth and performance-driven client results.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned paid media expert who thrives inside an agency environment, moves quickly from data to action, and consistently delivers measurable outcomes. The selected candidate will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across a diverse client portfolio, including both e-commerce and lead generation accounts.
Develop, launch, and refine paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional digital advertising platforms
Take full accountability for daily performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and scalable growth opportunities
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, and CallRail
Partner with account managers and creative teams to align strategy with client objectives
Present campaign insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations directly to clients
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and performance standards
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on paid media experience within a digital marketing agency
Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
Proven experience managing both e-commerce and lead generation accounts
Advanced analytical capabilities and comfort interpreting large data sets
Ability to write compelling ad copy that converts
Confidence communicating directly with clients
Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-account environment
Must be based in Texas and authorized to work without sponsorship
Deep understanding of campaign structure, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
Experience optimizing accounts for profitability and growth
Strong organizational skills and proactive communication habits
Self-motivated and able to perform independently in a remote setting
