Job Description Summary:

Senior Application Administrators on the Global Business Applications team are responsible for configuring and setup activities on Rocket Software’s critical back office systems and platforms. The “Application Administrator – Salesforce” is responsible for administration activities in Rocket’s Salesforce implementation, including Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as administration activities for related ancillary systems (DocuSign CLM, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc.).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform system administration tasks on the Salesforce platform, including User creation and setup, sandbox setup, data loading / updates, managed package installation and upkeep, and Salesforce Setup configuration.

• Provide technical support to diagnose and resolve application issues in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.

• Participate on the Rocket Software Salesforce Scrum Team, including declarative (point-and-click) development activities, including Page Layout updates, Lightning page changes, Process Builder / Flow creation and updates, Profile / Permission Set updates, and other non-coding development activities.

• Work with and maintain the Rocket Software Salesforce runbook, which details recurring tasks for maintaining system health.

• Learn and work with additional systems related to the Salesforce implementation at Rocket Software (DocuSign CLM, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience administering Salesforce.

• Salesforce DataLoader experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work on less-defined projects.

• Self-manages tasks.

• Works well in a team. Team oriented, collaborative, accountable and dependable.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering in an Agile environment.

• Salesforce certifications in the administrator track.

• Lightning interface experience.

• Validity DemandTools experience.

Travel Requirements:

• Minimal, <5%
