The Opportunity

Achieve is redefining how people borrow smarter and build stronger financial futures. Our Lending business helps consumers access the right loan at the right time through data-driven personal and home equity lending.

We’re looking for a highly technical Pricing & Performance Analyst to own analytics at the intersection of loan pricing strategy and marketplace acquisition optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging into data with SQL and Python, running experiments, and influencing real business outcomes across conversion, volume, revenue, and margin.

You’ll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Analytics, Credit Risk, Product, Partnerships, and Capital Markets to design analyses, build models, and drive decisions that materially impact performance.

What you’ll do: 

• Analyze competitive loan pricing using data from marketplaces, aggregators, and third-party sources
• Recommend granular pricing changes based on market dynamics and price elasticity insights
• Build models (Python/SQL) to forecast impact on leads, conversion, origination volume, revenue, and margin
• Design and analyze experiments to measure pricing and funnel performance
• Optimize bidding strategies across partner marketplaces to improve CAC and ROI
• Write complex SQL to analyze large datasets and build scalable analytics
• Build dashboards and share clear, actionable insights with stakeholders
   

What you’ll bring: 

• 4+ years of experience in pricing, growth analytics, data science, or fintech analytics
• Strong SQL skills (required) and hands-on Python experience (pandas, numpy, etc.)
• Experience with experimentation, modeling, or causal analysis
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses
• Strong communication skills and comfort influencing cross-functional partners

Nice to Have

• Experience in lending, fintech, marketplaces, or consumer financial products
• Experience with BigQuery, or modern cloud data warehouses
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms or experimentation frameworks
• Exposure to pricing theory, elasticity modeling, or revenue optimization

Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
