SAP Analyst - Variant Coniguration(VC)

Title: Sap Analyst - VC

Location: Remote

Type: 6Months Contract

Salary: Open (Best Possible)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain classes, characteristics, dependencies, variant tables, super BOMs/routings, configuration profiles.
• Enable VC across SD/MM/PP, including pricing and ATP for configurable materials.
• Author functional specs, test scripts, and training; manage SIT/UAT, cutover, and hyper care.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and improve performance and maintainability.
• Govern modeling standards, documentation, and change control.
• Work closely with MDM (Master Data Mgmt.) team on VC related data loads, setups, and dependent objects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years (Analyst) / 6+ years (Senior) hands-on SAP VC primarily in ECC with LO-VC (Classic) experience strongly preferred.
• Proven VC modeling (characteristics/classes/dependencies/variant tables/super BOMs & routings).
• Integration with SD pricing, MM, PP/MRP, ATP; experience with order entry and production impacts.
• Excellent communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Nice to have: CPQ integration, variant pricing, migration to AVC, discrete manufacturing background, ABAP debugging.
