  • Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Highspot) and prior BDR or SaaS/tech experience; fashion/luxury/beauty industry experience is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Prospect and qualify leads by proactively identifying active brands in the addressable market and distributing them to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Execute targeted sales plays to drive brand engagement in line with the go-to-market strategy; support product launches and marketing events with cross-team outreach; utilize assets and provide feedback to improve sales materials.
  • Adhere to defined sales processes and methodologies, including lead and opportunities management, SLA compliance, and data integrity in CRM.
  • Act as a power user of sales tools to manage leads and opportunities, gather insights (trends, win/loss reasons), and feed RevOps to prioritize outreach and follow-up.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development team at Launchmetrics is dedicated to driving growth by proactively identifying and qualifying leads within our target market. In this role, your mission is to support the sales organization by executing targeted outreach strategies, engaging with prospects, and ensuring alignment with our go-to-market strategy. Through the diligent use of sales tools and adherence to established processes, you will play a critical role in acquiring new customers, optimizing lead management, providing valuable market insights back into the business, and contributing to overall revenue generation for the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospecting & Lead Qualification:

    • Proactively identify and engage with active brands within our addressable market to ensure thorough market coverage.

    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and distribute them promptly to the appropriate sales teams.

    Sales Execution:

    • Execute targeted sales plays designed to drive brand engagement in alignment with Launchmetrics' go-to-market strategy.

    • Support product launches and marketing events by initiating targeted outreach efforts in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

    • Utilize sales and marketing assets and content to engage prospects effectively and ensure alignment with sales objectives. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales materials and suggest improvements to enhance sales processes and outcomes.

    Sales Process & Methodology Champion:

    • Adhere to defined sales processes and methodologies, including lead and opportunities management, SLA compliance, sales qualification

    • Maintain the highest level of data integrity by accurately recording interactions, engagement statuses, and other relevant details in our CRM.

    Sales Tools & Customer Insights:

    • Act as a power user of sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Highspot to efficiently manage leads and opportunities.

    • Gather key insights, trends, and win/loss reasons, and feedback this intelligence to Revenue Operations  to leverage it

    • Utilize RevOps insights to prioritize outreach efforts and follow-up activities, ensuring maximum impact.

ABOUT YOU 

Who You Are:

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Extra Credit:

  • Prior experience in a BDR or similar sales role with a demonstrable track-record of achieving targets, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Fashion/Luxury/Beauty Industry experience.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (especially Salesforce).

  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo, and Highspot. 

  • Fluency in another European language is desirable.
