About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ to drive the technical delivery of our Salesforce projects. You will lead requirement discussions, architect solutions, oversee development teams, and ensure successful deployments while owning end-to-end technical execution. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as technical owner for Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & CPQ).
Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical designs.
Architect scalable Salesforce solutions with emphasis on CPQ functionality.
Assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
Oversee deployment processes and ensure release management best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, admins, and executives.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Maintain documentation of technical designs and integration patterns.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
