Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for complex and high-volume roles. Key Responsibilities:

Provide reports, staffing updates, and ad-hoc recruitment metrics.
Work with HR and business partners to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Contribute to process improvement and talent acquisition projects.
